So, first figure out what is the normal weight for you, and aim for it using a natural weight loss program. Because, following a crash diet can make you thin temporarily, but it may also cause many health problems for you. For example, it can create deficiencies in your body, sudden weight loss can give horrible stretch marks, and cause other problems like irregular periods and hair loss, and reduce the glow of your skin. However, if you follow healthy weight loss program, you will lose weight and, on top of that, you will get higher energy levels, look better and feel better.
